Our licence, we have now reach a mediated agreement on conditions on our license which allow us to use our accessible door to the beer-garden. The policy is quite simple, no alcohol outside in the beer garden on Ullswater Road after 11pm – you can still smoke in the smoking shelter. Our management policy of encouraging sensible drinking and responsible behaviour remembering our position within a mixed residential area stays in place, ie keep the noise down if you’re outside and respect the neighbourhood and don’t under any circumstance drink and drive.
